International Women’s Day is a time to recognize the many women whose dedication, leadership, and expertise help IFC grow and move forward every day. Across our organization, women play an essential role in supporting our teams, strengthening our operations, and helping us deliver the high level of service our customers expect.
This year, we are proud to spotlight Missy Reeves, our Lead Contracts Administrative Specialist. As Missy shares, “To me, being remarkable means being a positive influence on the people around you, always striving to exceed expectations, and finding new ways to solve old problems.”
Throughout her time with IFC, Missy has implemented process improvements that support both the administrative and field teams. She helped build a digital file room that allowed the team to go paperless and refined pricing and contract worksheets used across the organization. She is always looking for ways to simplify work and improve efficiency.
Missy is also proud of the soft skills she has developed during her time here at IFC including teamwork, leadership, communication, and confidence. Her advice for those entering the pest management industry is simple: “Learn everything you can. The more you understand about the industry, the better you can serve your organization and your customers.”
Lynn Russell, Vice President of Administration Contract Services and Corporate Client Relations, shared, “Missy Reeves has made significant contributions to IFC over her 15-year tenure, consistently demonstrating professionalism and commitment … Missy plays a key role supporting customer RFPs, administrative training, and SOP development.”
When she isn’t at work, Missy enjoys cycling, camping, baseball, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband of 28 years, their son, and close friends.
On International Women’s Day, we celebrate Missy and the incredible women across IFC whose ideas, energy, and dedication continue to shape our teams and inspire those around them.
